Our motivation in providing these resources is to participate and co-operate with other international organizations, institutions, groups and individuals involved in distance learning projects; and to Target Training as an Essential Economic Development Issue.

This information and co-operative space is dedicated to those who wish to participate in increasing the opportunities of others to learn, especially in remote or rural communities.
